Maib is a consistent dividend payer. The most recent announced dividend was was paid on 19 June 2024 in the amount of MDL 7.30 per share.

The most recent announced dividend policy (announced at AGM 2024) is to distribute between 30% and 50% of net profits in the form of dividends subject to NBM approval. During the 2024 AGM the shareholders accepted the decision to distribute Bank’s annual profits for 2021-2023, including the annual dividends for the period. The shareholders voted in favour of the proposed dividend of MDL 7.30 per share. Total dividend distribution amounted to MDL 757 million. Record date for dividend distribution is set on 19 June 2024 meaning that shareholders on register as of that date will be entitled to the dividend payment. Dividend payment date will be communicated later, but will take place no later than 3 months after the AGM. Maib intends to apply to NBM for payment of additional dividends in 2023.
