Dividend Info

Maib is a consistent dividend payer. The most recent announced dividend was declared at the AGM on 25 June 2026 in the amount of MDL 3.88 per share, representing a total payout of MDL 401.9 million, equal to 20.5% of net profit for 2025.

The current dividend policy (adopted at AGM 2026) is to distribute between 30% and 50% of net profit in the form of dividends, subject to NBM approval. The remaining 50%–70% will be retained at the bank's disposal. The record date for dividend distribution is 25 June 2026, meaning that shareholders on register as of that date will be entitled to the dividend payment. Dividend payment date will be communicated later, but will take place no later than 3 months after the AGM.
